Oh, I have as obnoxious a dealer as they get. The parts manager is an excellent dude. The people he has working there are completely lazy and stupid. I normally deal directly with him for that reason.
The sales people, if you're not buying from them, you're their enemy. Wonderful way to breed future business. And I hardly ever buy anything from them because they charge nothing but retail. No discounts on anything. Compared to other JD Dealers (not personal sales), the used lot is 35% over eBay pricing and 25% over machinefinder.com.
But, they have tons of business. I guess thats why they do what they do. And they're right down the road so where am I going to go?

I'll check tonite (I'm at work now, and my home 'net connection is tin cans on strings ) and let you know. As I mentioned, it may be that dealer's own tracking number.

That's really weird about your J-D experience. Maybe the guys up this way are so sharp because there are so many dealers so close together (there's another one in Bedford, PA, too - that's 4 J-D dealers within probably a 35 mile radius) and they don't want to take a chance on sending business somewhere else?

Ouch... That hurt!!

Okay, tying a string on my finger right now. I can see it all now - I'll get home and wonder "what the heck is that thing on my finger for?"

Okay, I managed to remember!! The part number on there is TY (not "M") 15825, so, maybe it's not a J-D number after all.

And, it doesn't have a shutoff valve on it (I think I need a new eyeglass prescription ), although one could probably be fitted easily enough.

Unbelievable. This lady at parts is just useless beyond belief. Yes thats a JD part number and I just looked it up too. $4.48. Cheaper than the bucket I bought. Sigh.
