hyd cyl help needed

i have a older b30 kelly hoe that i adapted to a woods subframe
for my cab JD 4320...now all the cyl are leaking of course

so i thought that i would just buy some new cyl on the ebay as they were not as much as i would have thought

but today i have them on and pulled the nut off the rod threads on 2 of them with 1500 psi setting as that is all the tractor is set up for...I could use some more unp but is 1500 too much or can i get it up some more?

..hey they were 3000 rated cyl and didnt think about them breaking but they were easy to disassable!

so instead of buying some more china junk..i would like to rebuild my cyl but have never seen any like them??

they have about a 1/8 wire ring that i broke 2 small chisels beating the rusted ring pit of the end so the cap and the rod will come out....

i will try and hyd shop this week but they are 20 miles away from work and i get off at 430 .........\\\\

any body ever seen any hyd cyl like these or know a easy way to get that pc of wire out of the other cyl to rebuild them>

do you have a picture you could post??? they sound similar to the ones on my dads Massey, but I am not certian.

on his there is a 1/4"x1/2" slot 1/2" in from the end of the cyl, there is a 1/8" or perhaps 3/16" wire that goes in it and goes around, to open the cyl you have to pull the wire out (easier said than done) and when you are done you have to force the wire to go in and bend.
