Hyd oil leaking to transmission -- TS354C

I have a '01 Kama TS354C. I am having a problem with hydraulic oil leaking from the hyd reservoir (under the seat) into the transmission. I don't believe it is supposed to be a common sump; but it is now. The transmission then overflows from the gear shift and the hydraulics quit working. I've replaced the oil seal on the pump itself, but now I am stumped. I've read through many threads on here first, but could not find a similar situation. I've downloaded the parts manual and read it to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 possibilities, most likely is blown seal on rear mount hydraulic pump. other possibility is lead at bottom of lift box. I've seen both, but 90% of time its the pump seal, normally blown by pump damaged by "dead heading", (nothing to do with Jerry Garcia), is if the engine is run with the quick connects used to attach a loader not connected.
