Have a jd5210 1999 . Change hyd. fluid , filter and cleaned sgreen . After runnibg for 45 min to an hour the lifts become slow , steering jujmps , brekes only work if you pump them up . Need help please and suggestions?

Welcome to TBN

After it's running, check and see if the fluid is foaming. Your symptoms sound like the system is sucking air on the return side, this can often be cause by the filter or screen that is not installed properly. You won't see a leak because there is negative pressure in the return line while the tractor is running.

Also fluid gets very hot , steamy , fluid feels like it break downs

OK, there is a blockage I would guess. Do as I stated above and check the filter and screen again.

Just to clearify what kennyd posted, I am sure he meant that air is getting sucked in on the suction side of pump....that could happen if suction line is restricted, or suction strainer clogged, a poor hose clamp or hole in the hose....
