The easiest and best thing is replace the fitting, you somethimes can replace the internal Orings, but its a pain in the back end.
Make sure you buy the correct one, there are several styles out there and some of them, look the same.

You've probably fixed by now but I searched TBN a week ago for this and had a hard time finding much on size of o-ring.

If anyone knows where to find the o-ring sizes hope they'll post it.

I just fixed a 1/4inch loader QC last week.

There was an o-ring in the female QC that was broken. There are two types of seals in mine, the "plastic" one was ok, if it had been bad I probably couldn't have fixed it without OEM parts. Local dealer and TSC didn't have correct QC's in stock so rather than order online and wait I figured I would try matching the o-ring.

It is a bit tricky to get out. I took the connect off the machine and indoors under good light and used plastic toothpicks to get it out.

Took the seal to ACE Hardware, matched up the size...it works. Haven't done any real extended time periods but I lifted the front end off the ground many times to check it and its fine. I was unable to find the exact size o-ring specification on the Snap-Tite website, but got lucky I suppose with matching by eye because part of it was actually missing.

The usual warning....if it doesn't work and were to blow out with anyone under the loader...well..........don't go under the loader or under the machine lifted by the loader without jack stands.

Mine has these on it:
72 Series

For o-ring sizes, Hercules Sealing Products. O-rings are measured first by the cord diameter. Will be anywhere from 1/16" to 1/4" for most common o-rings. They do go bigger. Then, you measure the inside diameter. When you have these two measurements, look at the chart on page 159 for 568 O-rings in the Hercules online catalog. For fittings and q.d.'s, you want 90 durometer o-rings. Most else takes 70 durometer. Durometer is the hardness.

Some q.d. manufacturers offer rebuild kits for their product. The Snap-tite 72 series is ISO-B. Any ISO-B rebuild kit from any manufacturer will rebuild your Snap-tite q.d.'s. You do want to check the male end. If the ridge where it grabs the balls is worn, it won't seal. You have to replace the male end, possibly both.

I need to buy a good caliper for measuring that stuff. Put it off for so long but prices are so low now it's crazy to not have one or more.

I had looked for rebuild kits but never found them, knowing they're out there guess I need to look again so I can be ready.
