Hydraulic 3 point link won't lift weight

Hi All

I have just purchased a used YTO 180 Compact and when an implement is attached to the 3 point linkage it won't lift the weight.
There is fluid in the system and the power assisted steering seems to work fine. Anyone know what the problem could be and how to check system and or repair please.

If this is one of the grey market tractors like Yanmar or hinomoto or such, post it in the grey market forum and you will have better luck. It could be just one of the several valves that is not turned to the right setting or it could be you have blown hydraulic pump. Is this a rebuilt Japanese tractor?
