Does sending pressurized air into the hydraulic tank to push out an air block work? I worry about destroying some connection… Has anybody else tried to just replace the filter and gotten an air Block? I thought that I had destroyed the hydraulic pump, but after replacing the 6 gallons of hydraulic oil at $144 plus, my front-end loader, steering, and three-point hitch came back! How do you know when you have bled enough air?
Should you bleed from more than one connection?
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

The filter on that Same Solaris 35 is on the suction side of the pump. If you have all of your functions working right already, then it's fully bled and doesn't have anymore air.

Yes, you can push a little bit of air to help priming. It should have a vent somewhere though that may need to be temporarily plugged for this to work.
