The hydraulic system on a Jinma 304 is open, so all you do is exercise the loader for a while and the air works its way out as the fluid returns to the sump. If that doesn't do the job, then you have a problem on the intake side of your pump and it is sucking in air.

What are the symptoms you're experiencing that make you feel there is air in the hydraulic lines?

Rich, When I put the lifter and bucket under load (going up and down and moving the bucket in and out) they chatter. I have tried working the air out but have only done it for 15 minutes. Perhaps that is not long enough.

I agree, you are low on fluid. This could be for many reasons but check the fluid first and make sure you are putting it in the proper sump.

On my Jinma 284 the fill is behind the seat. You can only get to it from the back of the tractor.

Where are you putting fluid and if you are what are you using?????

You have bigger issues than air in the lines. It should work out in a few ups and downs of the FEL.

Yeah, I agree with Tommy and Chris - low on fluid. If not low on fluid then you have another problem.

I have witnessed those symptoms on other hydraulic equipment where it was found to be bent and binding up. Probably not your case though.:)

If the fluid is not low, the next thing I'd look at would be the pump drive tang. Some of those have been known to wear prematurely, allowing the pump shaft to slip in the drive gear - that might cause erratic delivery or pressure.

Gentlemen, Thank you for your advice, the tank below the seat was low, I put the fluid in and is working fine. Thanks again for you help. Illarion

Sounds like you are low on hydraulic fluid, where are you re-filling the fluid at ? behind the seat ?

Thanks for the update, and I'm glad it was something simple. Always nice to find out the problem isn't a bad as you thought it was!
