Kioti CK35HST
Hello everyone! I'm not new here but this is my 7th post:shocked: I bought a new 2011 CK35 HST with FEL and 2475 backhoe last April. With the backhoe attached the return line goes where the fill spout is and requires you to remove the breather cap. The problem is, no vent and the oil is leaking out the dipstick because of the buildup of pressure. Anyone else have this problem and solution for it? Kioti international is saying that only the DK series have the extra breather...how retarded is that? Very:thumbdown:

Did you remove or adapt the line to the fill cap.

Otherwise, you don't have an open hole with a hose in it, do you?

You want a closed filler hole , but with a small vent.

Is the tank overfilled, or is the mess caused by splashing.

I have a 2005 CK30hst with KB2375 bh. My lines for the bh use both connections of my rear remote. (Pressure out and return) I thought it was only the larger DK series that needed the return fluid sent directly into the sump with the adapter kit because of the higher flow rate. I haven't seen any member commenting about an adapter kit for the CK series.

I double checked.. it was a DK35 that I read about, not a CK35, oops.

The dealer set up the return line to the fill spout with a kit supplied by Kioti. This consists of a plug that is sized to the fill spout followed by a 90 degree elbow and then a coupler to accept the return hose. So, when that is installed there is no open breather hole. That creates pressure in the reservoir and forces the oil out the dipstick tube. Got my dealer checking into it. I've read in another post that sending the oil back through the rear remote will overheat the oil? So, I'm thinking the best route is straight back to the reservoir via the fill tube. The DK series have an extra port that a breather can be installed on but the CK series doesn't.

My '09 CK20 has the hoe hooked to both rear remote connections - been good so far

Talked to my dealer again today and they have found a orange headed bolt on the top of the housing just behind remotes that will work as a breather hole. They are talking to Kioti international about it and maybe have a solution for me. Is this a revolution :confused3:

The dealer is right about the red bolt. It needs to come out now that you blocked the only breather with your return hose. There should have been a vent with your backhoe that screw into the red bolt hole. Good luck easy fix.

For reference for other CK owners please post pics of your solution and the manufacture date of your tractor.
Thanks!
