I mounted an 8ft Meyers plow to my tc35 recently. I bought it for $120 off of craigslbist. The QA plate was $110.

I mounted it to a QA plate but I wanted it as close to the tractor as I could get it with still being able to angle it. It didn't have pistons or even the mounts for them. Now I want to try adding power angle but it looks like there isn't enough room. It looks like I can get away with an 8inch stroke but I noticed the 8 and 10 have the same retracted length. That 2inches difference may be enough for it to work. The 10inch stroke and 8inch are 20.25inches.

Does anyone know if I can get a shorter one? If so any ideas where?

Surplus Center 9-7879 is a snow plow cylinder, 1 1/2" bore, 10" stroke, 17 1/4" retracted length.
I assume this is pin center to center not overall length.

Yes, pin center to center. I need a double acting cylinder. Not enough room for 2.

OH, snow plows normally use one single acting on each side.

Then check Surplus Center 9-4410-8 8" stroke 13 1/2" retracted.
Or 9-4410-10 10" stroke 15 1/2" retracted
