HI: I hope someone can help on this. I have a Genie Manlift Z45-22 MP. It uses hydraulic motors to drive. One hydraulic motor will not drive. This system has automatic brakes that kick in so it cant roll. Here are the hydraulic schematics. From what I can tell there is no left or right component if one side drives the other should? The wheel that works can not be rolled unless the motor is turning - the wheel that does not turn nder hydraulic drive free wheels ie i can roll it by hand ? Does this mean I have a problem with motor or the hub - how can I test this?

With all the wheels on the ground and attempting to drive Does the motor that free wheels get hotter than the one that doe not turn? If yes that motor is bypassing the oil.

another check would be to remove the case drain line on both motors and watch case flow while attempting to drive. Increased case flow is another indicator of a failing motor
