Hi Miko, did you recently purchase the tractor? If so have you tried adjusting the settings? It may be that the current settings have the 3 point arms locked in the upright position.

I have a TA357 that came with the same electric over hydraulic control setup. I was having similar issues with mine and ultimately decided to remove the control box and replace it with a simple toggle switch. It works good except it doesn't buffer or slow down the arms when they descend-not a big issue in most cases but if I'm lifting something heavy the arms drop more quickly than I would like.

I have the same box on my TA247. I wish I knew what all it does. I know it sets draft, How far up and how far down the 3 pt goes as well as how fast. Unfortunatly it locks up a LOT and wont go back down and the sometimes suddenly it just goes down. I tried the relief valve under the seat but it doesn't help.
