My backhoe which was off the the tractor for the winter drooped to the point of now I can't connect the hydraulic hoses from the tractor to the backhoe. So, I thought I would just buy some extensions to bridged the gap temporarily so I can get the backhoe off the ground.

Well, the local Massey dealership was completely useless when I needed help getting an extension hose to connect the backhoe. They just sent me to the local Sanel Auto Parts store, which after 1 1/2 weeks of ordering the wrong fittings I'm still without the fittings. I have the hoses made up, but it appears the male female connections for the GC2310 are some sort of weird length. The auto parts store finally got the right diameter, but nothing with the right nipple length on the male and receiving female.

Where can I find the correct fittings? Anyone have part numbers or specifications? I have the hoses all made up, just now need the coupling fittings to screw onto the hoses.

I don't know about the couples but can you use your old quick couplers on the end of the new hoses and then just use a standard female or male connectors to attach the hoses together

If you want to have your extentions for next time put all the origional quick connects on one side and your new connections on the other that would get you digging without another trip to town
