Hydraulic fluid for a Massey 231s

What type, viscosity ect. of hydraulic fluid should I use in my MF231s? Recently bought it used and I want to change out all the fluids. Also, will it hurt the hydraulic system if it is over full. This Massey came with a Koyker 210 FEL with the 2.5" cylinders.
