My hydraulic fluid level keeps dropping with no sign of a leak and my engine oil level is rising.
I have read that there is and oil pump for the hydraulic fluid that is attached to the engine and the pump seal could be bad sending the fluid into the engine.
This makes sense but I can not find the pump or the parts on New Holland parts web site. The tractor is a TN95A.
Can anyone help me get the exact name of the parts and instructions on replacement? Or any other possible cause?

The pump is on the left side of your engine, just above the hydraulic oil filter. The engine has a rear gear train which drives the injection pump, cam and an auxillary drive which in your case drives the hydraulic pump. The aux drive is listed as a "power take off" in the parts book.

If your pump is leaking into the crankcase it is almost certaily the pump shaft seal that needs to be replaced. It appears that the seal is only available as part of a "pump repair kit." I believe the correct part is p/n 47132368 , approx $135 US. (not responsible for errors, please verify)

If you don't want to pay for the whole kit there is a chance that a good hydraulics house could find a compatible seal. If you go this route bring them the whole pump.

And more often than not especially with a sealed engine driven pump, the pump is worn causing too much pressure on the seal from bypassing internally causing it to fail. CJ

This is my experience too.

Thank you to both of you also.
I was just going to replace the seal, thinking it just failed. But, it failing is possibly not the problem, but a symptom of the problem of the pump itself.

Just check the guts of the pump while you have it apart to save yourself some grief. I run into this all the time with power steering pumps on trucks. CJ

I was thinking about the wear issue too, but I work with new machines 99% the time so I wasn't sure how if there was a strong correlation. Have fun and make sure to keep everything as clean as possible. ISZ

I have been out of town and am just now reading the additional replies. Thank you all for your input.

I have thought about everything posted and I climbed under the tractor. There is a large hydraulic line that makes a u from one side to the other. It has a banjo type fitting on one end. This line is crushed. Maybe it is causing the problem which caused the seal to blow. I talked to a NH service manager. He said they do not rebuild pumps. If the insides are damaged it is likely the aluminum housing is damaged.
I am planning to replace the hydraulic line and replace the pump seal. I will see if that is all it needs.
