Had a hose pop off my top link on Sunday. Lost about a gallon of fluid. No Kubota distributor open so had to improvise and add back non-Kubota hydraulic fluid, used OReilly Auto's "46". Kubota says not to mix brands or grades, and I don't know what was in the system to begin with. This is a 2009 5240. Should I be worried? Do i need to have the system flushed?

You have added less than 10% so it really will not make a measurable difference ... don't worry about it.
Looking at the specifications of their oils... If I were limited to O'Reilly's fluids, I would have probably picked their Premium Tractor Fluid, it reads more like a Trans/hydraulic oil...
But at the small overall percentage of mix you have done, not a problem... you can get more of a combination just swapping out large hydraulic attachments.... KennyV
