I need advice. I have the 4110 and FEL. The last two times I have tried to hook up the hydraulics on my loader it has been difficult to get the couplers to snap into place. There feels like to much pressure. The last time was much worse than the previous. I called the dealer, he said move the joystick in all directions. I did and immediately was able to get 1 on. It took many more times of wiggling it around, but I finally got them all hooked up. This loader went on very easily before.

On the tractor side, when you move the joystick around make sure the engine is off.

On the loader side, sometimes some pressure will build up due to heat or movement. You can relieve this pressure by depressing the coupler pin (in the center of the male couplers). Be sure to cover it with a rag for safety. You may need to rap it on a hard surface or tap it with a hammer /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It is also possible to discconnect and leave poressure in the lines when dropping the loader. Especially the bucket curl or dump line.

To avoid this, before disconnecting, be sure and release the pressure by moving the valve stick around in a circle a few times after the loader is set on the ground and the engine is stopped. Often, you will see it settle slightly into position as the pressure is relieved.

I had this happen with my 2210/210FEL. I disconnected when the temps were in the 50's. Tried to hook up with temps in the 70's and all four lines were very hard to hook up with 2 being almost impossible. I finally loosened the fittings on the lines and carefully released the pressure that way. Worked fine after that. I have taken my loader on and off a dozen times previously with no problems whatsoever.

Ya'll beat me to this one. I had exactly the same problem on my 2210/210 loader. The line either heated up or I disconnected it without moving the joystick first, and I couldn't get it to go. I put a rag over the end, and pushed it against the MMM deck to release the pressure in the line, hooked right up after that. BTW wiggling the joystick had no effect on hooking it up.
