Hydraulic issues on 401c

I have a JD 401c that I'm having hydraulic issues with..
When it's cold the hydraulics work good but after it warms up it takes forever for the loader and 3pt to go up..
Today I started it on a nice day, hasn't ran in a few wks, and when I first tried to move the loader it would spit n sputter as if it's sucking air but after going up two or three times it was fine, I did notice it has a small leak on the bottom from a steering hose but that shouldn't control the loader does it?

How long since hyd filters were changed and sump screen checked/cleaned? Hyd's could also have an internal high pressure leak or trans pump flow to frt pump is being robbed causing frt pump to cavitate.
