Today I noticed hydraulic fluid leakage coming from around the FEL joy stick. Upon closer inspection I found that three of the four connectors were wet. As far as I can tell, it seems the leak is coming at the point the male and female fittings meet, not from the hoses or the fittings connected to them.
Is this unusual? something I can easily remedy (if so, how?)? or an installation issue? Having only 29 hours on the tractor, I'm wondering whether I should call the dealer or not. Could it be my fault?
I have noticed that I have been regularly adding hydraulic fluid since I began using the tractor. So far I've added a little more than a gallon. There was some leakage, though not nearly a gallon, when I hooked up a log splitter to the rear ports and when I removed my snow blade, which uses the rear port.
Thanks in advance for your help.
