Rake Hydraulic lift spring tine dethacher for john deere X5oo or x700 series

Hi guys Im new to this forum, wondering if anyone has seen an implement like this. I now have a J.D. dethacher on my 265 lawn tractor with the hand pull to lift. I rake up sticks in my yard into big piles then grab em up with a grapple bucket and skiddy. Im looking at a x500 or x700 series John Deere garden tractor and a hyd. lift dethatcher would be great. They do not dethatch as well as the motorized units like the old towed behind EZ rakes or the walk behind Billy goat
goat units or flail mowers with de-thatching blades. If you check out the golf course sites and look in the classifieds
you can find larger walk behind de-thatchers.

do you de thatch your lawn at right angles to get all the thatch?

Thanks Leonz, I don't really care about the thatch so much, What I do is push the sticks into big piles, lift the dethatcher, back up, the sticks fall off. Repeat. Sometimes I get a pile of sticks in front of me 3 feet high. Call it a stick rake.

A pine straw rake on the 3pt would probably do that for you if the mowers have a 3pt.

I have always wondered why JD didn't make one that would fit onto the same front hitch that the blade, snow blower and sweeper use. If they did, I probably would have bought a few over the years.

Thanks Amigauser, if I buy a X700 series with a 3 point the CMP looks good. Altho I would rather push the piles in front of me into The Big Pile.
