Ford 4600 SU. Recently, I had to have my steering cylinders repacked. I labeled the connections but somehow that got undone. My question is Which line from the steering cylinder gets connected to which port on the steering column? For instance, there is an upper and a lower port on the steering column and an inner and outer port at the base of the steering cylinder. Which goes to which?

I got it straightened out. In case this might help another person... The inside port of the steering cylinder goes to the top port on the steering column. Accordingly, the outside port on the steering cylinder goes to the lower port on the steering column. It is the same on both sides.
