Hi Folks,
First post here! You guys have helped me with so over the years without knowing it. TBN is always the first place i look for answers. Thank you all.
Been looking into a new l4060 tractor for a vineyard. I want to be able to run hydraulic motors from this tractor. Right now i drive a m8540 narrow at work and it has nice self canceling detent. I talked to the local dealer and they said Kubota do not make a detent valve nor do they have detent spools for the valves on the grand l (except for float - and they cant be swapped). I would rather not use a bungee cord as i want the valve to self cancel if necessary. Is there a way to change out the spool for a detent with any aftermarket part? Also whats the best way to return to tank, straight into filler? (that's how the m8540 is setup now). I know there are not a lot of 60 series owners yet but maybe someone has an idea of how i can plumb a motor control in.
Cheers!
