The only thing that I checked was the BBB. It is a huge dealership, that had nothing negetive against them.

Flaming the dealer will not do any of us any good. At least you understand the problem. Print out the post I referenced and show it to them and go from there. Maybe they will split the cost of a new valve with you or perhaps eat the labor to install it. Or they may say that there is nothing wrong with it-it just does not have that "option"
