Last weekend I was out in the field working with my 4035. After about 45 mins I hopped off to do something and noticed hydraulic oil on the ground. I looked under the tractor and it was running out pretty good. :( Upon further inspection it was just a loose bolt on one of the lines. Had a 10mm wrench, retightened, problem solved. Except that I had lost a fairly decent amount of fluid to the point it wasn't showing on the stick. So, I think I made a mistake when I added 2 gallons of ISO 46 hydraulic oil to get me back home. Its come to my attention since that maybe Its not ok to use that oil as far as the transmission goes. Granted, its 2 gallons mixed in with 6 or 7 of the appropriate stuff. My question is am I ok to just leave as is. Thanks!
