HYDRAULIC oil

Proplem with 186d yanmar tractor purchased dec:2014. hydraulic oil going into sump of engine fitted new oil seal in hydraulic pump twice second time fitted sleeve on shaft oil still went into engine sump found air line crack in pump housing. have bought new alloy pump but not fitted as yet I need to no were the pressure relive valve is on tractor so i can correct the pressure. apart from that the tractor is going to be a good little work horse I hope.
I have also fitted new oil and hydraulic filters do not no if there are any more filters like a mesh filter in output unit?

I am not located in Louisiana I'm in the UK lived and worked in London for 40years and lived on a large boat on the Thames have now retired and move north

I sent you a private message, if you will respond to it I will share something that could help you.

Your control valve is underneath the cover that your three point lever goes through. the relief valve for the 3 point is in that control valve. I doubt seriously that is where your problem is. I would make certain that you can get flow through the guick couplings on your loader before taking the cover off the hydraulics. Just what I would do. Doesn't mean it is the correct way.

Was the loader working normal when the pump split?

The loader worked perfect,hydraulic gear box ok and 3point ok.
It looks like there is to much pressure going into the system. I am new to computers and do not no how to find your private message will that just come as an separrate e-mail ?

Look at the top of this page where it says "ALERTS" and click on that, it will take you to your private messages.

In order to have to much pressure going into the system you have blockage someplace. Pressure will not build unless there is restriction. Did you hear any unusual noise at the time the pump split?
