hydraulic pressure test kit 4000/5000 series Ford tractors

I'm looking at picking up a test kit for my Ford 250C. The power steering isn't what it should be and the pto doesn't work properly and I need it to diagnose the issues. What kit and or Fitting would be recommended for these series tractors (tractor is a 94)? Hoping to stay at or around $100.

Mad, I attached the various pages from the C-Series Tractor Loader book, identical in the powertrain. Most of the tools are old Ford numbers which I don't think I ever had as a dealer. The PS is easy to adapt as it uses JIC fittings. Find an fitting at a good hydraulic shop that will adapt the pressure line on the PS pump to a 3000 psi gauge.
On the PTO side, take the plug out of the pump which is Oring boss and match up to 90 fitting to attach a 300 psi gauge to it. The second procedure, IPTO Control Valve Pressure Test shouldn't be necessary and, it shows doing it with the top cover removed. The problem with that is the hydraulic pump is also pumping oil for the high pressure components out the front set of double holes on the rear end housing you can see in the picture bottom right. A hose can be put on the short pipe that goes into that hole do divert oil back to the case BUT....

If you do end up taking the top cover off, make sure you put a long bolt on one of front holes by that outlet as the short tube will come out with the cover and bend when the cover comes up. Once the cover is up about an inch, slide the tube back in the rear end housing, then remove the cover.

Thanks for responding! This gives me a idea on what I need to purchase. I wasn't even sure what types/sizes of fittings were being used... The repair manual just refers to Ford tool part numbers and doesn't give me any ideas on sizes/types of things.
