There may already be a thread out there on this but I could not find it. Sorry I am new to this.
I have a CK30 just turned 21 hrs and am experiencing Hyrdraulic problems my FEL and 3pt when trying to lift is very jumpy to and barely lifting it's self up. The fluid level is good.
It lowers itself fine of course. but as soon as I go to raise the FEL the whole tractor is shaking.
Yes I called the dealer and they are gonna pick it up soon but until then I am left with questions that they could or would not answer. Just looking for any ideas or possibilities. Thank you.

I'll be watching to see what others offer on this. I built a carry - for the 3 point and noticed the same problem yesterday on my DK45 (32 hours), when I was trying to adjust it for level. It does appear to be associated with the downforce lever position.

I'm going to contact the dealer and have him look at that, do the 50 hour (it will have that by Tuesday or Wednesday with what I have tom get done), and install another set of hydraulics on the back to add a top link.

Are you operating anything that requires you to connect/disconnect to the hydraulic system, like a grapple?

Thanks for the reply. No I am not disconnecting any lines for anything.
The only thing that I can think of is that maybe it's the pump but that is just a guess.

Oh NO, the jerkiness has blead into the "other" orange tractors now:confused2: :D

I am not sure what your problem could be. Air in the lines?? Suction side sucking air???

Do keep us posted on what the problem turned out to be when you get it resolved:thumbsup:

I'm guessing a bad quick disconnect fitting.

Try unplugging and reattaching teh quick disconnects for the FEL. If the fitting is not "passing fluid" correctly, you could get the pump hitting the pressure relief, causing the jumping.

Please keep us infrormed.

Thank you I went out and tried that and checked them pretty good but to no avail still the same.
Dealer is on his way to pick it up, I asked him what he thought and he said that it sounded like it was sucking air in there some how or what you said. I asked him to just go ahead and do the 50hr while they figure it out.
When I do find out I will let ya'll know. Thank you for the replies, I am fresh home from Afghanistan getting out in September and just want to grow my little farm and heal my wounds.

======================

Are you sure it is not just an adjustment for the 3 point hitch? Maybe I missed it if you already checked but you should try adjusting the little wheel beneath seat front for the speed of the 3 pt lift control

rimshot

OOOOOHH Rah! Thanks for serving in our military and good job.

My problem was solved thanks to Rimshot -the problem stopped when I adjusted the speed control below the seat. Give it a try xdalex.

Welcome home and to TBN. Thanks for your service to our country, too.
Did it just start doing the jerkiness thing or has it always been like that?
Did it start with the FEL or the 3PH? What RPMs are you running at when this happens? Have you tried moving the FEL or 3PH with no load, and if so what happens then.
Post back results.
