I need to put a new 12 volt hydraulic pump and reservoir on a dump trailer (old grain truck modified to be pulled behind a tractor or pickup) and am researching different brands and options.
Does anyone have an opinion on which BRAND to go with or avoid? I am looking for something decent quality that I can use for many years but it does not have to be top of the line as it will not see daily use. I don't mind hooking the power up directly to the battery each time and do not need remote operation, a lever right on the unit is okay. Remote is fine too as long as it doesn't cost too much.
