I was unloading mulch from my trailer yesterday with my 1510D when I realized I was leaking hydraulic fluid. It is coming out of the bottom of the hydraulic pump where the 4 bolts are. I tried tightening the bolts but that only stopped one from leaking. And I broke another which should be fun to get out. Does this sound like just a bad o-ring down there or something else? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Are you talking about where the line attaches to the pump or the bolts that actually hold the pump together?

They are the 4 bolts on the bottom of the pump that connect the high pressure line.

Probably a code 61 flange fitting, possibly a code 62, but that's usually 4kpsi and up. There is an o-ring on the flange. Get the broken bolt out, and get a new flange kit. These are readily available at any good hose/hyd shop. A new flange kit should be about 20 to 25 bucks and have a new o-ring in it.

Just wanted to let everyone know the problem with the hydraulic pump was as simple as a blown o-ring! I'm back to tractoring!
