If I was to have one major complaint against Mahindra, it would be timing. They did in fact follow through on my complaint and rectified it, admirably. I brought up flat deck, flip over seats on a few ocassions. Asked the same question of Kioti, 2 months ago. Kioti mktg sent me an e-mail that they have already designed and will sell flat decks as an option in about 6 more months. What I am saying is that Mahindra I believe, loses too much time between Texas, India and the TYM factory in Korea. Too many months go by while less than a handful of people are really involved in the decision making.
Somehow, they are going to have to speed this process up and speed it up quickly. My dealer has several really great ideas they run by me in general chit chat. Seems it falls on deaf ears as it takes unreasonable time to think these things out. Mahindra is a great and wonderful tractor for sure. I just hope they get some serious thinking/doing it speed up, because if they don't, they will continually lose market share to those like Kioti, that do..Eventually, and I don't think it takes that long a time, they will cut their own throats and wonder what went wrong..
