hydraulic steering problems

Farmtrac 45 steering locks up after tractor runs about five minutes. I've changed pump filter and changed oil.Pulled steering motor from steering column and installed new seal and o-rings.Steering hydraulics are independant of tractor hydraulics.

No knowledge but is there some sort of pressure relief valve that might be sticking causing too much pressure?
