Hydraulic Tools to Operate from your Tractor

Curious as to whether anyone has any hydraulic tools or accessories that you run from your tractor. When a tree trimmer contractor came & trimmed some branches with his bucket truck, I noticed that the chain saw was operated by hydraulics & thought it was a real neat setup. That got me thinking as to whether or not there are other things that TBN'ers are using similar to this.

i have been thinkin of makin a heavy duty press brake and using the tractor hyd to power it, but then i ended up using the steel for a rootrake instead so till i find some new suitable scrap that project is on hold, another idea i had was a heavy duty portable drill, basicly a hyd motor with a chuck and a handle, for drilling fencposts and stuff like that, and i might make a hydraulic pair of clippers for cutting brush, all just ideas tho at this stage. one downside to my situation is that the only tractor we have with remotes is my 105 hp ford, kinda big to take along just to run a drill or clippers

Have you posted pics of rootrake ?? I thought that chainsaw setup was "way cool" & said to myself there are so many times when I've got the tractor with me, it's usually running therefore hydraulics are available. Also, the more time I spend here at TBN, the more hydraulic ideas for accessories come to the forefront. Although I haven't had a lot of experience with hydraulics, it seems like it is the solution to so many tasks. Anyway, sorry for the blah, blah, blah....
