I am getting a box blade and installing rear remotes mainly for a log splitter but is a hyd top link a nice touch for a box blade.

I am getting a box blade and installing rear remotes mainly for a log splitter but is a hyd top link a nice touch for a box blade.

I have the CCM Hyd. top link and could not imagine life without it. I still need to get the tilt cylinder for the complete package. I ran 1/4" hoses to it for flexability and it still operates a little fast for my taste.(glad I didn't go with larger hoses)

I'm bumping this thread.

I'm gonna order a CCM top link this week.

My top link measures 19.5" collaspses and 32" extended (threads just about falling out). I would say the effective range of my top link is 19.5" to ~28-29". You wouldn't want to run that top link with only a few threads.

The CCM top link best measures up to the 18" - 26.5" model.

Anyone using this unit on their Bobcat?

No, not yet, only used it with my box blade. I would assume our range of movement on a top link is only a few inches 90% of the time.

That is what I want it for mainly. I only have a box blade and my tiller. The BB would use more range than the tiller.
