I'm looking at getting one for my CK30H, what kind of setup do dome of you have and are you pleased with it?

I already have the rear remote installed, so the hook-up should be fairly straight forward.

Check with Brian (MtnViewRanch), who sells Fit-Rite Hydraulics. I have one on my DK45 and it just makes everything from hooking up implements to getting them set at the level you want much easier. It is basically screw on the hose connections, purge the system ( which I failed to do correctly the first time), and snap the hoses in place. I think you will like it.

Doug, What did you do for a bracket to hold the cylinder up while changing attachments?

And do these units have a check valve?

Murphy- My son picked up a clamp that they use on his Big Rig that is rubber covered and the correct diameter to fit on the hydraulic. It has a place I can put a key chain type hook on it and attach it to the existing hook on the DK. haven't seen it yet (he's on the road), but I saw a smaller version of it he showed me when he was in town last week and it looks perfect. For the moment, I'm just using a heavy Bungee cord.

Texas- I believe mine has the Hydraulic Flow Restrictors, but I'm not sure that is what your asking. Brian will let ya know. He's really good about answering questions from folks.

See if you can post a pic of it and maybe where to buy it, the bungee looks redicules

I will as soon as he gets back into town from his trip. I know he got it from one of the truck stops he was at. The good news was it wasn't very expensive.. The bad news was a new Turbo for his Detroit engine as $950 for parts plus $195 labor. That kinda cuts into your paycheck for the week.:( Anyway, he should be cruising in middle part of next week.

Your right about the Bungee and I also smacked myself in the head with the D@mn thing when I released it yesterday.:knockout:

I got one for the Ct235 here. The middle size 18.1-26.4" was a good replacement for the oem.

No, none of the links that I build have the DPOCV. (check valve)

Do any of you guys ever try just twisting the OEM hook 90 degrees and then hook onto the hydraulic port?
