Planning to install myself on my rx 6620. Any recommendations on a reliable brand are appreciated.

Take a look at this link. Based on that measurement determine what over all working length will work best for your applications. This sometimes varies which is why I suggest that you double check. On your size of tractor I typically try to get 1/2"-1" more retraction than extension based on the asked for dimension.

Depending on the circumstances, either a 19 1/4"- 27 1/4" or a 20 1/4"- 29 1/4" working length should work well for you.

I would build this unit using a 3" dia cylinder with a 1 1/2" dia rod similar to what is pictured.

I have some pretty long lead times, so you may want to look else where, I just don't know if what you really need is available else where though.

Contact me if you decide that you need other info. ;)

OP, you mention just a top link. While you're at it, you might as well add a hydraulic side link at the same time. You're going to want one anyway, as soon as you see how much easier the top link makes your life. :)

Brian at Fit Rite is highly regarded on this board for both his custom products and his personal service. If you can work with his lead times, I don't think you can go wrong.

Another good source is Michigan Iron and Equipment. Great folks to do business with. Since they are a Kioti dealer, they'll know what you need for your RX, and may even have it in inventory.

+3 for Brian. Whats even more important is service after sale. He has been great to work with. Answered a lot of my dumb questions. Had mine over a year now and working great. Should have done it sooner. With my new 3rd function on the loader stick, it was a snap to hook up the tiller.

I ordered my top link from Brian, I wanted it done right and with all the good reports from this site as well as OTT site it was a no brainer. He does have a long delivery time, but good things take time. I'm still waiting for mine but sure it will be just what I need. I only went for the top link as I don't do much that I will need a tilt. I have had tractors for the past 25 yrs and very rarely need to move the tilt on it.
