Hey all.

New to tractors and to these forums so forgive any wording and my knowledge. I'll give more detail and a little back story but the main issue is that the hydraulics controller for our loader has been leaking worse and worse. Used the tractor last year (2018 - spring to fall) doing about 5 to 6 acres of horse pasture fence, Nelson waterer, water pump, new pasture setting, and odds and ends.

Tractor and attachments info -
Massey Ferguson - 1433v (not sure of the year, we inherited this)
Loader - 1466
Backhoe - 1575

The Loader hydraulics controller (for lack of knowledge of the actual name/brand) started leaking more and more as we were ending our project. I keep it filled but leaking was getting worse and worse. It never did fail. The leak appears to be only at the two 'controller knobs' rather than the actual hydraulic connections BUT was it was leaking so bad, I couldn't positively ID that so am looking at replacing the controller knob parts (seals) and testing, then moving on from there.

Also the starter failed near the end of fall as we were just about ready to put the tractor up. This has been fixed and the tractor starts and runs well. Haven't moved it nor tried any of the hydraulics until I can get that leak fixed since the tractor uses hydraulics for its transmission as well (is that correct?)

I have pictures to post in here as well so giving this a shot in this post. If it doesn't work, will repost however it needs to be done.

My problem is that I am having a hard time identifying this particular controller. I took the front apart and found the rubber o-rings at a nearby hardware BUT I then noticed there was a second set of parts that had nylon spacers that sit on top of some type of another o-ring. This other o-ring appears to be something other than black rubber, maybe yellowish or translucent and they are gummy-feeling and have nicks/cuts and appear to be the real source of the hydraulic leak (just my opinion here).

I found the owner's manual online from agropubs but it is tractor specific and doesn't show anything about the attachments. Annoyingly, the manual itself needed an app to use rather than just giving me a PDF AND it only allows me to print 5 pages at a time. It has a few other drawbacks but is the best I could find for now.

Any help or guidance here would be appreciated. Not afraid to do it myself here, within reason. Looking for a parts diagram for the hydraulics controller and a place to get parts.

Also, I am guessing that one side of the hydraulics controller is an in and the other is an out and the other hoses are in and out for the loader but I am pretty much running blind as far as working on hydraulics.

The O-rings that you are replacing should stop the external leakage. The white pieces are rod wipers and these are meant to wipe the debris off of the the valve spools.

I have no idea on who makes the valve for your tractor
