hydraulics filter

I have an iseki TL2501 and wondering if there is a suction filter and where it is. We changed out the fluid and cleaned the filter but the lift wont work and my tractor creeps a tiny bit. Need some help please!

There is usually a suction screen at the suction line where it joins the tank or transmission.
