Oil & Fuel Hydraulics leaking into engine oil crankcase ?

I have a mitsubishi d1650 that is doing the same thing. Thought it was diesel getting into the oil. Dip stick overflowing. Hydraulics quit last time. Think it is leaking had into oil. Haven't tore into it yet. But had the injector pump worked on twice thinking it was diesel.

Same problem on an 1850. I replace hydropump with one that has a retaining clip on the seal. Solved the problem with the hydro oil in the crankcase oil. The cause of the seal failure in the first place is still ongoing. It's gotta be some junk in the Hydro system somewhere. New pump is 550 dollars.

I have the same problem with a brand-new Kioti CK30HST (less than 10 hours on the machine). First time I checked the engine dipstick, the "oil" is 4 inches over the add mark, and the hydraulic level is at the "add" mark. Engine oil smells like hydraulic fluid. Waiting to hear from dealer if Kioti will replace the whole pump or just the seals.
