Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum.
I live in WA (australia), i own a brand new luhzong 354 (35hp) straight out of the container from china, yes.. china. no comments about that please, I've had enough people knock the brand without owning one. The tractor was bought by my parents for myself and my wife as a replacement for our compact grey import mitsubishi that we could not get parts for. Runs like a charm and looks the part. I have a front end loader attatchment that i have fitted that is made for this model tractor, The whole package came with no paperwork regarding the hook up of the loader hydraulics, I consulted a local chinese tractor importer who was really no help to me and after speaking to several guys at hydraulic shops i have hooked it in between the splitter/ releif valve (splits the line after the pump and gives power steering priority) and the rear lifters. I have no issues with flow to p/s or rear lifters how ever the motion of the front end loader is very jerky in lift mode and same with the bucket, lowering both there is no issue with jerkyness, also when i go to use the bucket it wont hold down, it jumps up when i go over a bump in the ground, this happens no matter the rpm of the engine. As i said earlier there is no problem with flow. I have included a photo of the controls just to ak if i have the feed and returns in the right order. line in from pump side on right of photo and return line on the left side.

Any help would be much appreciated
cheers guys

I only see 6 hoses, does your valve have a PB port.

Your pump IN hose on the right is correct, as the relief valve is just above it.

Do you think you have used it enough to bleed all the air out of the loader hydraulics.

Most loader valves have 7 hoses including the PB port hose.

Looks good, the relief valve is just above the ID plate on the upper right and the line in from the pump belongs on that side

Can you show a picture of the OUT port side. Left side of the valve?

You may have a PB port and not know it.

On most loader valves, the PB port is used to send pump fluid on to the next valve.

The primary purpose of the OUT port is to expel used cyl fluid to the tank/reservoir.

Sorry can't upload a photo at the moment, there is provision for another hose just below the return hose. How long does it take to get air out of the lines?
and the jerkyness would the air cause that?

If you have operated the loader through about 10 full cycles, the air should be gone.
