I changed the hydraulic filter, but the front loader, and rear lift are not running very smoothly. What else should I look for??

Sounds like the unit is sucking air on intake part of hyd lines,
chek to make sure the line are tight including filter and hoses

The intense cold can have a slowing effect on your hydraulics since the fluid becomes so thick.

Where are you located?

Slow and jerky? Does it sound like it is buzzing? Have you let it get good and warm to see if it changes?

Thanks, I appreciate it. I am from Ohio, but I did not seem to have this problem last year!
