Hydraulics stuck up

I have a 2007 New Holland TT75 2wd with 117hrs. The problem I am having is that hydraulics(lift arms) are stuck in the up position. Anyone have any suggestions for getting the to do down?

engine off , wrap a rag around the fitting at the base of the lift cylinder and crack it. slowly. oh wait you mean the three point not the fel. Look under the seat in front. There is a knob. It is probably tight all the way one way. Turn it the other way. It controls the speed of the 3 point going down.
If that does not do it then one of the eagles will have to spaeak up. I have no other clue.
