Hydro filter for JM 354

Does anyone know of a replacement filter for the spin on hydraulic filter for the JM 354 (JX0811A, Bengbu filter Co.)? Also, when "hooking up" the LW-7 back hoe what is this shaft I read about that is needed for the LW-7 to operate? How does it work? how do you install it?
