Have a 2007 TC34DA that I finally got around to changing hydro fluid in today. Owners manual says 8.8 Gallon. Drained all 3 plug locations and fill matched amount that drained out. At best 6.5-7 gallons brought it to fill line. HST filter was changed but left the main hydro filter on as it only had a few hours on it. 3 point arms let all the way down but front bucket was curled onto it's cutting edge
which was an oversight on my part.Even allowing for maybe a quart in the hydraulic filter plus what was in the bucket cylinders I cannot figure out the discrepancy between what manual calls for vs. what it actually held. Fluid had been changed before by the dealer but first time I had done it so not sure if this is normal or not. Maybe 2 gallons short minus amount in hydraulic filter and bucket cylinders. Any thoughts?
