anyone else have sticking issues with the hydro pedal under load even after proper lubrication? Is this a know issue, my CT225 never had this but can seem to free it up on my newer CT235, not even the dealer

Go drive many hours in a dusty/gritty environment and let mother nature and good 'ol wear take some time on it. My CT230 used to do that but not now at 257 hrs.

Mine seems to be getting a little better at 150 hours

I have 400hrs on my CT230 and my pedal is still sticky. I have tried everything with mine and it is not getting any better. I even took mine to the dealer and they told me it was normal. How can a pedal that sticks be normal? One of these days when I drive it through the house or barn, I wonder how normal that will be?

Travel pedal resonse is directly related to amount of charge oil flow, faster engine is running the smoother & quicker the pedal responds. If running the engine at higher RPM doesn't improve the return to neutral and all the linkage is well lubricated, ask your dealer about replacing the dampening cylinder under the platform. This is the cylinder that has the grease zerk on the rod end. Spring inside this cylinder helps keep the pedal from jerking when driving and helps the charge pressure push the pedal to neutral.
