I have read many post on this matter. Correct me if I am wrong.
1. Drain out the 30 wt oil that came in the tractor.

2. Fill with deisel.

3. Start tractor , turn stering wheel back and forth , raise and lower the three point . (no fel )

4. Drain deisel.

5. Clean screen .

6. Refil with 10wt hydrolic fluid.

If there is anything that you would sugest I would appriciate your input. Robby

Go someplace to drain where spilling won't be a problem, my tractor holds about 4 gallons and it went everywhere!! It's hard to catch the fluid dripping all over the back side of the PTO and 3ph. Also hard to move the drain container from under the tractor when full. I didn't flush with diesel but it's probably a good idea. Use non foaming hydraulic oil.

When I drain the hydraulic fluid on my 200 series Jinmas I wedge a piece of cardboard folded into a "V" shape under the drain plug boss. Nice little gap there to wedge the cardboard in.. Done the process several times now & the cardboard never fell out & everything went into the drainpan.... Though I run the engine for only a couple seconds & then crank the devil out of the steering wheel to expell the fluid from the steering cylinder... Theres a little pump under the steering wheel that steers the tractor when the engine is off... Cranking that wheel enough from side to side will get fluid out of the steering cylinder enough so the the front tires can be pushed ( if jacked up.) from stop to stop with your toe easily...

I was able to catch the flowing fluid with a funnel, and direct it to a 5 gallon bucket. I also put some cheesecloth over the bucket to catch "the big chunks". When refilling with kerosene or diesel, make sure you put enough in to reach the mark on the dipstick - with the dipstick just sitting in the hole (don't screw it in). Once you've achieve the desired flush level, THEN screw in the fill plug.

I drove mine around the pasture for a good five minutes. I made a bunch of figure 8's to flush the steering, I drove uphill and down, and hit all the bumps I could find - to splash the kerosene into the "dry" corners of the reservior. During all this, the TPH got cycled at least half a dozen times too. Don't forget the remotes, if you have any.

When draining the kerosene, be prepared with a second bucket. I pretty much guarantee that you're going to get MORE out that you poured in. I again recommend the cheesecloth. If more "big chunks" come out, repeat the flush. If not, clean/replace the suction secreen, refill with AW32, and you're good to go.

I did change the hydraulic fluid and cleaned the screen. I did not have any metal shavings in or on the screen . Everything went well. Thanks for your input on this matter. I would like to add . there is a picture of the hydraulic drain that shows it as a banjo fitting under the seat on the left side. This is definiatly not the drain. The drain is on the back on the right under where you hook up the top link. Robby

I believe that banjo fitting was for a higher HP Jinma(think 30 HP and higher if memory serves correct but it always doesn't).
The other pics show the correct drains for the 200 series. The hydraulic drain is the oddball "out of place" plug on/near the cover behind/below the seat as in pic 21 service advisory 5 of the Tractor Outlet link.
When I did mine I didn't find any shavings or debris in resevoir or in fluid when I drained it either.
Glad ya got it all serviced.
