Hydrostatic not working TC29D New Holland

I got my tractor back from my service center. 1200 hours service. Runs great. However, when the pressure in the transmission builds up I am no longer able to push the peddle down on the hydro-static transmission. This has never happened before. I check the fluid level and it is a about 1/4 inch over the upped fill line. Called my service guy and he said everything was check out and that the trans had been filled with goldenwest J20C. I have never used J20C so needless to say I am concerned... He assured me this was compatible with this trans..

Is this the incorrect fluid?
Is the fact that it is over filled the issue?

What did the dealer for the 1200 hr service? Did they make some adjustments to the HST?

Have you had the tractor since new? If not how many years/ hours have you owned it? Reason for asking is was there a possibility that the HST system relief valves where set low or weak from age, dirt etc. and the dealer corrected this during the service?

"Normal" HST operation is that as the pressure/ work load increases so does the force required to maintain the same speed.

I doubt that oil type or being slightly over full would cause this problem.
