I have a CK 35 and at times the Hydrostatic pedal does not return to neutral position but keeps driving. The dealer said changing valves may help. I also noticed that the backhoe stabilizers only lessen the weight off the back tires. They do not lift rear tires up off the ground. Does anyone know if this is correct or should it be able lift and level tractor? Is there a possibility that the hydraulic pump is bad?

The pedal linkage needs to be lubed. I forget the procedure but someone here will tell you how. Don't know about the stabilizers. Don't think it is the hydro pump though.

There are some grease zerts on it that I already lubed along with spaying. The dealer was out at location once already and just did the lubing thing also to rule that issue out.

My hst treadle has never stuck. I keep the dampener rod well lubed with white lithium spray grease. And also spray the treadle linkage arm where it enters the transmission case.
My ck 35 has loaded rear tires and the backhoe stabilizers do not lift them off the ground. I can lift them with the backhoe and then lower the stabilizers which will hold them in the air. They will leak down in about 5 mins. though. Some leak down is acceptable, but I feel in my case this is to much.
IMO when using the backhoe I don't like to lift the machine off the ground. I feel this transfers all the stresses of backhoe ing to the middle of the tractor frame and loader arms. Just take some weight off the tires with the outriggers and loader bucket (curled) to increase the footprint. Stabilize it.

On most HST's the pedals are spring return with some form or dampener. depending on the style of linkage the spring load may decrease to very little at the neutral position so only a little binding can cause them to stay in travel mode.

Also look for any mud, twigs, mouse nests, etc. that could be causing some binding on the linkage.

If the back hoe digs properly your pump is not going bad.

Your CK35 has the treadle pedal correct? Seems Kioti had some problems with the treadle. I had the same problem on my ck2510 and my dealer ended up replacing the HST unit.

On my ck2510 with the treadle peddle, same as above, would keep going sometimes. Kioti had the dealer replace the hst and it never happened again.
