Hyster 50 forklift

I have a Hyster 50 forklift with a blown head gasket and I cant find out what make of engine it has in it?
It has D6JL 6015 B cast into the engine block just above the sump on the distributor side
Any help to identify it would be appreciated.

Several versions of model 50 - I'm assuming from your distributor comment it's Gasoline? Looks like it might be a Mazda engine

Some also had Perkins diesels, seen a few Continentals as well but don't know if they were same model as yours or not.

The 6015b casting number leads me to believe its a ford motor.

The model letter at the end might give an indication of what engine was used; I have a Hyster H50 H which has the Continental. You might be able to find info with the model designation letter, but I've found that it's pretty difficult to find stuff online for them. You might have to resort to having a dealer do a serial number search, depends on how loose he is with info on whether you'll just get a Hyster p/n or some useable cross info.
