Well I bought it. It has 361 hours and is in pretty good shape for the age. Does have a broken headlight and a couple spots where it seems to have oil seepage. Overall I'm pleased.

Nice, are you going to be mowing all of the area in the background of those pictures? If yes I would say you will have a couple of hours of seat time.

To true. Plenty to mow and some to brush hog. It has done nothing but rain here for the last couple days. No worries though it will get out of the barn soon.
