I think I have read every thread on this web site about rear remotes/power beyond and just when I think I have it I read another one and it confuses me even more!! My head hurts:( So I started my own Arts & crafts project which should be attached. I've seen all the nice layouts that members have created but they seem to be designed for a bit more than I need and by the way I have no idea how you guys get your computers to draw those shapes. So I have cut and pasted pictures out of my FEL manual for my b7800 and connected the lines from the tractor hydraulic block to the valve assembly currently on the loader. Can somebody complete the line connections from the tractor valve assembly to the new aux valve assembly that I plan on using with my TNT. My taxes are still burning a hole in my pocket and I need a project. And in the future may snow be outlawed:D

Hi Temp97,
I known you said you didn't want to read anymore, but here is how it is done. The new valve you get MUST have Power Beyond. I also have a B7800 and I put a single remote Hyd. on mine. If you look at my pictures you can see were I mounted my valve. Its a small valve 12 gal. per min. and where I mounted it there is room for a double valve.
1st take the hose off that is marked #2 and A in your picture. The block you take it off is for your 3pt. lift. Run your new hose from the loader valve to the IN port on the valve you are using. The out port of that valve MUST go to the tank. I put my Tee where hose #4 goes into the case just trace that hose back. Your have to remove the cover where the knob is that controls your 3 pt. drop, the knob just pulls off but hard and the small cover on the right side of that. One of the bolts that hold that on is on the inside of finder. Now run a hose from the new valve power beyond port to the block where you took off hose #2 or A and that well work your 3 pt lift.
Now on your new valve the ports marked A & B are the work ports, just run a hose from each one to your couplers.
The cover I said to take off is just clipped in at the bottom just lift up the rubber mate just alittle and you can see how. There are 2 bolts under the seat on each side of that cover you can see them real easy.
I have $180.00 in mine for everything. It works real good and the speed is just right.
Hope this helps. Lee Johnston P.S. you can mount it on the left or right side of the tractor and if you don't have Mid PTO look at the left side it well take more hose but you can fab. a handle and put it where the Mid PTO handle goes.

LeeJohn,

Thanks for taking the time to help get me thru it. It was straight forward for the hook up I'm doing. Let me understand something before I get started. You said to run the new hose from the loader valve to the IN port on my aux valve. Is that IN port different from the PB port. I am assuming that the IN port is located on the left side of the valve picture I attached and the PB port is that brass looking plug that is shown on the face next to the "A" work ports, and the return port is on the right that is shown in orange. If this is correct I will be able to start backing myself off the ledge of mass confusion :)

Yes the in port is different from the PB. If that is the valve you are using that is in the picture, it looks like the in port is on the left side. If the right side has a plug I would say it's the out port and think the brass plug could be the PB, but the bass plug could also be so you can change the out port to the top or side. That valve should be maker with in,out,A & B, and with PB or BY, the by is the PB.
What is the make of that valve? Maybe I can find it online. I'm thinking it might not have PB. Wait until we find out for sure before you start making your bracket.

Downloaded the book from the link and that answers everything. Thanks for all the help. Once completed I'll try to attach photo's in hopes of helping others.

Yes show us some pictures. I'm interested to see why you went with a joystick valve. And I also like to see tax money at work. Lee
